I was a High School biology teacher for 32 years at Cherry Hill HS and taught an elective class for seniors that expressed a strong desire to be in medicine after college. The class was taught one semester of anatomy and physiology and one semester ( my passion) of genetics. We used a college text supplemented with a genetics workbook that they got to keep. I have at this point run into 6 doctors from that class , 4 working in the Beaumont system in and around Detroit, This has been one of the most rewarding thing from my teaching career . Gary V Clark
